Sign up on line for the Rockport Career Aptitude Test. This is an innovative program to determine your natural abilities and personality.

The test packet, with instructional audio CD’s or tape cassettes, is mailed to you. You take the test in the privacy of your home. The test results come back to you in two weeks with written and audio interpretation of how natural aptitudes are best applied in work and life situations.

Once you receive all the test results, a one on one 90 minute interpretation session is then scheduled with consultant Rick Duff, in person or long-distance by telephone.

OBJECTIVE: This program is designed to help you choose a career you will love, one that is custom-made to suit you. It is for people wanting an in depth, systematic approach to get a clear picture of everything that truly matters to them so that they can literally design their ideal career. This is an opportunity for clients to decide exactly what they will do with their lives by the end of the program.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: The program is based on each individuals situation and how quickly they can decide on the essential elements they must have in their career. It’s a bit like assembling the pieces of a puzzle, one piece at a time. This series of self-paced one-on-one sessions may take up to 7 one-hour appointments spread over several months.

WHERE: Sessions are conducted in person or long distance by telephone. Telephone calls are made and paid for by the client.

TRIAL RUN: Please call Rick Duff at 208 726-2890 and set up a time to have a conference. The trial run is free. The whole purpose is for both of us to determine whether or not the Duff Career Choice Program would be the best way for you to move forward and make wise career decisions. It is important to have a good fit between the program and your goals and expectations. During this conference, we will discuss your situation, what you want to achieve in the Duff Career Choice Program, and answer your questions. If we decide it is a good fit we can begin to work together.
